Some of these conditions might prevent using intense plastic detox method. We don't want harm any client.
Both methods, in general, do not demand abrupt modification of your lifestyle, so you shouldn't worry about that too much.

As to measuring concentration of plastic in human body, it is done through certified third-party 
establishments, to ensure accuracy of tests. Microplastic test pricing varies (currently from 750 USD to 102GBP, and is matter of your choice) and some might not be available for your country of origin. In case you are not resident of US, UK, don't hold valid entry visa or have no time to travel to these countries but wish to be tested you should tell us about that, and we will try to find a solution.
